The Aargauer Kunsthaus is home to an exceptional collection of Swiss art. This is the foundation on which our exhibition and outreach programme is built. In monographic and thematic exhibitions with both domestic and international emphasis, the Aargauer Kunsthaus is dedicated not only to historical movements in art but also to modern artistic trends, focussing in particular on contemporary art and its relevance in society.
