Hombis Salon in Oerlikon combines culinary and culture at the highest level. From Thursday to Saturday (sometimes also Sunday) host Christoph Homberger opens his salon at 6 p.m. Hombi prepares the 4-course menu (also vegetarian if desired) himself. His guests sit at long tables so that unexpected encounters and conversations can arise. At 9 p.m., interest turns to the stage, where a musical performance of around three quarters of an hour takes place.
