Pigeons Shirt 9,99 $

The latest work by the musician, visual artist and performer PRICE is a record release in the form of a performance concert. In this context, the album cover gets turned into an advertisement, the advertisement into a costume, the costume into a scenography, and the scenography into a space for live music. The audience enters a field of desire, repetition, scent, and new music by PRICE: not a song first, but a shirt; not one pigeon, but many.

• Step-free access

• Access Tour: On the two evenings before the performance, an Access Tour in spoken German will take place at 7.30 pm. The meeting point is the Access Info Point at the entrance to the north wing of the Gessnerallee.

• Audio description: During the Access Tour, there is an audio description of the performers, the space and the video. The piece itself is primarily musical and makes extensive use of sound and acoustic perception. Various scents, specially developed for this purpose, are used to add an additional sensory dimension.

• Pick-up service: People who would like to be picked up from Zurich main station to attend the event can contact us at barrierefreiheit@gessnerallee.ch up to 24 hours before the show begins

• During the show, the audience will be given a set of sheet music for the individual songs in black print and Braille. You are warmly invited to open them, feel them and leaf through them during the performance.

• As the production is currently being finalised, further information regarding the show’s accessibility will be added on an ongoing basis in the run-up to the premiere.

• For sold-out performances, we reserve a small number of accessible seats (wheelchair spaces and beanbags). We ask that anyone requiring accessibility support contact kasse@gessnerallee.ch.
