Dadaglobal
An audiovisual, immersive vision of Winterreise
The Swiss electroacoustic musician Dadaglobal has taken 25 years to set Schubert's Winterreise, a highlight of the German Lied genre, to de- and reconstruct. Passing through intercom, megaphone, a multitude of synthesizers, 8 and 32 bits. To put together anew. His 4th album reveals new facets of this epochal work of early Romanticism and hides others in his pocket. He offers a hand between classical music and electronics. The voice becomes a ghost in the machine. Together with visual artist Hannah Gottschalk, he will present at this concert an audiovisual immersive vision of Winterreise, interacting and merging.
