CHARLATAN

Is stress making your hair fall out? Does your little tummy bother you? Or are you suffering from something really serious? Don’t lose hope! ‘Wonder Tonic’ – three drops, and life is good again! Or is it?

In this magnificently over-the-top street show, a spectacle of a very special kind unfolds: grotesque characters, outlandish promises of healing and plenty of puppetry meet black humour and charming madness. The stage: a wonder wagon full of flaps, tricks and secrets.

Mr Q is played by the Spanish puppeteer David Faraco, who, as a set designer, actor and long-standing collaborator with the Sofie Krog Teater, transforms traditional juggling craft into a sophisticated, fast-paced miniature world.

A madcap treat for the whole family, blending the magic of the funfair with the art of puppetry. Impact guaranteed. Side effects highly likely.
