Christmas & Nativity Scenes – Winter Light in a Jar
Together, the participants explore a selection of nativity scenes. As they do so, they talk about the Christmas story, Advent traditions and special winter experiences. What images and feelings do they associate with this time of year? What do the children look forward to most during the winter months? Inspired by what they have seen and heard, the children will create a sparkling winter light from glass jars to take home.
Workshop for families. Ages 5 and over
Contribution towards materials: CHF 5 per child
Children must be accompanied by their parents or another carer for the entire duration of the event. Please therefore register all participants (children and adults).
