Men's Sharing Circle

In spring 2026, the Karl der Grosse will host an open, process-oriented space over a period of three months for men who wish to explore presence, responsibility and relationships beyond traditional roles and expectations.

The circle is process-oriented; its focus emerges from what is present in the space. Presence takes precedence over content, listening over reaction, perception over judgement. By cultivating such spaces for encounter, we contribute to a deeper culture of relationship among men – and beyond. Different perspectives are welcome; what is central is the willingness to remain present and to take responsibility for one’s own experience.

<\p> Guiding themes<\p> How do I live with personal responsibility rather than on autopilot? What qualities do I wish to embody that I myself have missed?

<\p> About the Sharing Circle<\p> The Sharing Circle is an exploratory laboratory for men who wish to meet honestly without the pressure to perform. In this space, there is room for vulnerability, uncertainty and unanswered questions. The meetings follow a clear, recurring structure and last two hours. Visitors can participate actively in the circle or be present as silent observers. Both forms are welcome and equally valued. A safe space is created through shared agreements. The Circle is not a workshop, coaching or therapy format.
