TO BE REAL PREMIERE
Together with Roberta Racis and Owen Ridley-DeMonick, Alexandra Bachzetsis performs three bodies in enhanced reality. TO BE REAL is both a live film and a live performance, exploring what it means to be “real” in a world where we constantly encounter ourselves through images.
The audience is invited to an intimate and at times unexpectedly playful evening, in which authenticity and memory are constructed, shared and performed through media, and where the uncanny emerges when the familiar begins to feel strange, or when the real and the artificial become difficult to distinguish.
