After 55 years in the theatre, the Swiss mask theatre company MUMMENSCHANZ is bidding farewell to its audience with its farewell tour ‘Adieu!’. Since 1972, the company has been delighting audiences on every continent with its unique performances – without words, music or stage sets – which are poetic, timeless and universally understandable.
The ‘Adieu!’ programme, curated by Floriana Frassetto, brings together highlights from over five decades of MUMMENSCHANZ: iconic characters, whimsical objects and some new, surprising images blend into an imaginative journey full of poetry, subtle humour and magic. A moving theatre experience for all generations – and the last chance in Switzerland to experience a piece of living theatre history live.

Access to the Kurtheater Baden is barrier-free through the main entrance on Parkstrasse. The theatre hall and the New Foyer can be reached barrier-free via the lift in the entrance foyer. The rehearsal room on the 5th floor is also accessible. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available in the front building and in the back building. Inductive hearing with your own hearing aid (mode "T") is available in the hall in the stalls, not in the balcony. Hearing aids can be borrowed free of charge from the cloakroom for a deposit.
