Birthday party
Dear audience! Just a reminder: on 22 March 1952, the Kurtheater, designed by the young Baden architect Lisbeth Sachs, was opened as the first new theatre building in post-war Europe with a ceremony and a performance of Franz Grillparzer’s EIN TREUER DIENER SEINES HERRN by the Stadttheater St. Gallen.
The Kurtheater is turning 75! And we want to celebrate that with you. We invite you to dance on stage. Live DJs will get you moving, whilst our bars in the foyers will provide the necessary refreshments! Take advantage of this unique opportunity to hit the dance floor on the Kurtheater stage or simply relax and watch the dancing from the auditorium. For those who prefer not to dance, there will be a surprise programme, which we will announce shortly. And our gift to you: admission is free!
