SWANENSEE
Swan Lake, a tale of love, betrayal and the triumph of good over evil.
The ballet Swan Lake is full of romance and beauty and is considered the most spectacular work in the classical dance repertoire. The choreography of the ballet Swan Lake requires great skill and high technical ability on the part of the dancers in interpreting their roles. The duplicity of character - here the purity of the White Swan figure and there the intrigue of the Black Swan - demand a high degree of drama and virtuosity in the prima ballerina's interpretation, especially in the two grand pas de deux in Acts 2 and 3. Another highlight is the brilliant dance of the little swans.
