Jack Slamer
Heavy Rock'n'Roll
Jack Slamer
The Swiss retro-rock band Jack Slamer have been on the road for 20 years now. During this time, they have played countless gigs and released four studio albums, including two on the renowned metal label Nuclear Blast. Now the band are set to release their fifth full-length album.
The album is titled “Mask of Broken Glass” and is due for release on 27 November 2026 via Radicals.
For the production, the band travelled to Brittany, where the album was recorded over ten days at the legendary Kerwax Studios.
Recorded entirely analogue on tape and played live in a single room, refined with a few select overdubs and mixed on a homemade mixing desk using equipment from the 1930s to the 1970s, this ten-track album packs a real punch: sophisticated songwriting, plenty of attitude and the raw energy of a brilliant live band – a concentrated dose of heavy rock ’n’ roll.
