CO-LAB: 15 Minute Mixdown

This evening requires 15 MINUTE MIX READYNESS for decision-making, for creating mixes and for discussion amongst participants.

At this event, all participants are given various dry tracks and have exactly 15 minutes to create their own mix from them.

Afterwards, all the results are listened to together on the monitors (if you wish); the group describes what they hear, and each person explains which decisions were important to them during their 15 minutes.

To finish, we’ll create the Mixing Wall: everyone reflects on what’s important to them when mixing and pins it to the wall to form a collective response from the CB Lab community to the question, ‘What’s important to me in my mix?’

—> all levels welcome; no judgements please (unless the presenters explicitly request feedback on system compatibility, etc.). Let’s keep our minds and ears open – let’s mix CB! Freumi GLG Noée
