Youth Mental Health Day

Are you interested in mental health, art and new perspectives? Then the International Mental Health Day at the Migros Museum of Contemporary Art is the place for you. Together, we’ll create an open space for exchange, creativity and connection.

Following a ‘Slow Art’ tour of the interactive exhibition *Canción de Amor*, you’ll explore how to express your feelings and perceptions. Using paint, paper or natural and everyday materials, you’ll experiment, contribute your ideas and create together with others.

This co-creative workshop provides a meeting place for young people facing mental health challenges, their friends, family members and anyone else interested. The focus is on active participation, creative forms of expression, community and strengthening your personal resources.

Available in German and English. For young people and adults aged 16 and over.
