Meet Claire Huangci & friends
These after-work concerts, lasting around an hour, are not just about experiencing music of the highest standard, but also about getting to know the musicians better in the intimate atmosphere of these hosted concerts. This is by no means Claire Huangci’s first visit to Winterthur; she has been familiar with the Stadthaus for eight years: as a semi-finalist in the Concours Géza Anda, she first took to the stage here in 2018. Since winning the competition, she has been a regular guest in Winterthur. Whilst she had to choose one of six Mozart concertos within the strict confines of the competition back then, she is now free to choose whatever she likes. Between three orchestral concerts, she will present an innovative trio project and will also act as the evening’s presenter herself. After the concert, you are invited to ask the three musicians your questions during an artist talk – with the bar open throughout.
The bar in the foyer opens at 5.00 pm. The evening will conclude with a get-together with the musicians following the concert.
