Organ concerts at the Stadthaus
Organ concerts at the Stadthaus? Yes, you read that correctly. This is made possible by Christian Schmitt’s travelling organ. Christian Schmitt enjoys playing works from the 20th and 21st centuries on it, interpreting them with just as much charisma and virtuosity as he does older organ repertoire. Following the concerts with orchestral accompaniment, Christian Schmitt will give a more detailed introduction to his travelling organ through solo pieces and a talk. A unique and first-of-its-kind concert experience!
