Franz Hohler takes a stroll through his complete works

As part of "Zurich Reads a Book", Franz Hohler guides us through his rich literary oeuvre and, in doing so, through the last 50 years. In his stories, reality dissolves imperceptibly, giving way to events that elude our cold logic.

With an unusually keen eye for unsettling details, he recounts the fragility and tragicomic nature of our everyday lives, but also their poetry. A cheerful evening with a profound critic lies ahead – a stroll through our times that is as cheerful as it is thought-provoking.
