4aqua Lecture Series
4aqua is hosting an evening event on the PFAS issue at Kulturpark Zürich on 14 October 2026. Following a specialist presentation by Prof. Jean-Marc Stoll on the health and environmental risks posed by so-called ‘forever chemicals’, experts from the worlds of science, politics and public administration will discuss Switzerland’s approach to PFAS.
The event also offers an opportunity for discussion during the drinks reception afterwards.

Prof. Jean-Marc Stoll explains why PFAS are among the most pressing environmental problems of our time and what health and ecological risks they pose. Drawing on recent case studies, he presents potential solutions for reducing and removing PFAS from the environment.
