The Helmhaus is about 10 metres from the Helmhaus stop and is accessible via a mobile ramp with a gradient of 9%. There is no disabled parking space available in front of the building. In the museum, a publicly accessible lift provides access to all relevant floors of the exhibition. There is a wheelchair WC in the building.
