Mindful (artistic) moments
This meditative guided tour of the Aargauer Kunsthaus’s current collection exhibition offers mindful encounters with art and with oneself. This one-hour tour invites you to experience the artworks in a new, transformative way, to sharpen your senses and to pause and reflect. The tour is led by Andrea Mock, project manager of the Mindful Art Encounters association.
The event forms part of the ‘Innehalten’ action week, which takes place from 17 to 24 October 2026 in Aarau, Baden, Biel and Bern.
