You are invited to an hour of deep relaxation - accompanied by the warm sound of the cello and gentle sounds of nature. Sit or lie down, take a deep breath and let the vibrations carry you away. The harmonious sounds help you to let go, calm down and connect with your inner space. Everything is allowed to be there, everything is allowed to show itself. A soothing way to bring the weekend to a mindful close and recharge your batteries. Afterwards, we invite you to share and meet at KAFI jenseits.
