Celtic Haka – The Power Within You

The Celtic Haka is inspired by the Maori Haka, which reconnects us with the strength of our Celtic ancestors. As a group, we connect with our innate strength, which resides within each of us, and find our way back to our roots and to nature.

Through practical, powerful rituals and exercises, we work with our most natural tools: voice, body and breath. In a safe, supportive environment, we nurture and strengthen one another as a community, release old patterns and blockages, and grow beyond our usual limitations.

This workshop invites you to rediscover your energy and strength, and to create an inner space that you can carry with you into your everyday life – present, connected to yourself and in your full strength. No prior knowledge or particular level of physical fitness is required, just a willingness to open yourself up to the experience.
