Chinese Pole Advanced
In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to explore two very different approaches to Chinese pole alongside two experienced performers: Anna Kapp focuses on combining flowing movements, static strength, spirals and dynamic flexibility, whilst Christoph Tergau emphasises a variety of dynamic techniques such as spins and jumps.
Here, you’ll learn to combine both and further develop your own style. Let your creativity run wild – you’ll be supported by experienced trainers!

Das Zirkusquartier ist ausserhalb der Schulferien täglich ab 15 Uhr für die Kurse geöffnet. An Vorstellungstagen öffnet die Tür 60 Minuten vor Beginn und die Bar ist geöffnet.
