ClubNight #2 – A sonic journey between worlds

Four musicians, four musical perspectives – and a desire to set off together into the unknown. Classical musical culture meets jazz, Nordic soundscapes meet free improvisation, acoustic instruments meet real-time electronic music – and Paris meets Wetzikon.

By turns finely structured, spontaneous and rhythmically playful, the result is music that is constantly evolving yet always finds its way back to familiar shores.
A classical violinist with a luminous tone, a musical jack-of-all-trades on the marimba and a pianist and guitarist with boundless curiosity come together with Javier Muñoz, who uses computers and electronics to intervene directly in the musical action. Javier is equally interested in instrumental music and real-time electronic music, as well as the possibilities arising from the interplay between humans, machines and artificial intelligence.

The result is a 360° musical journey: open to surprises, full of joy in playing and always in search of the next sound – including interactive elements with the audience.
