Dark Glowing

Dark Glowing is a concert and trapeze performance in one. On stage: Silvan Strübel and Laurence Felber with vocals, trapeze, electric guitar, electric bass and drums.

Dark Glowing is like a boxing match that repeats itself. Four rounds that tell of tears, grief, fear and anger, of darkness, but also of courage, trust, getting back on your feet, the joy of performing, glimmers of hope, solidarity and carrying on. 

Sweat versus glamorous costumes, melodious choruses versus breathless voices, a sense of foreboding versus euphoria. A dark maelstrom and an acoustic feast. A powerful and profound piece.

10 years of Zirkusquartier at the Nuit du Cirque

During the Nuit du Cirque on 13 and 14 November 2026, the Zirkusquartier will be celebrating its 10th anniversary – with a colourful programme!

There will be two circus shows to see: Sandscapes by Ueli Hirzel and Dark Glowing by Laurence Felber, Silvan Strübel and Caroline Schenk. There’ll be drinks from the bar, wraps from the Zirkus Chnopf food stall, and on Saturday a festive circus night with a party and circus-themed surprises – come and celebrate the anniversary weekend with us!
