Euphoria is the desire to inspire and stir people, to move them and invite them on a shared adventure. Euphoria is a wild journey towards euphoria, in search of an island, a paradise, and hope.
Together, we embark on a colourful journey through time and space. From childhood to the adult world, we sometimes explore the mysteries of the deepest abysses, and at other times we accompany the five circus performers on stage, in a completely authentic and honest way. It is not about telling a single story, but many.
This piece is the reflection of a unique experience, inspired by a real journey in 2022: The five circus artists spent three months aboard a twelve-metre-long sailing boat, performing their street theatre piece Merrestre wherever the wind took them. A formative experience that continues to resonate and be passed on to this day in Euphoria.

Das Zirkusquartier ist ausserhalb der Schulferien täglich ab 15 Uhr für die Kurse geöffnet. An Vorstellungstagen öffnet die Tür 60 Minuten vor Beginn und die Bar ist geöffnet.

The auditorium is wheelchair accessible. The box office and bar are unfortunately on the 1st floor. The Circus Quarter does not have an elevator.
