Based on research into Swiss insurance companies, Theater Marie has developed a theatrical evening in which the characters confidently confront the eerie realisation that the unexpected can lurk around every corner and behind every phone call. But what exactly is insurance? An act of solidarity or an attempt to buy one’s way out of life’s dangers? Theater Marie presents a play that tackles an unlikely subject with wit and topicality: planning for the unexpected.
