Fancy improvising on some classics from the Great American Songbook?
This workshop provides the basics for improvising over standards from the Great American Songbook. Using well-known songs such as ‘All of Me’, ‘Days of Wine and Roses’ and ‘Stella by Starlight’, the chord symbols will be explained and the chords and associated scales defined and practised. Participants are welcome to bring along a standard of their choice to receive tips on improvising over it.
