International Museum Day: Happy players, happy football?

Enjoy a fun training circuit through the FIFA Museum

A healthy body, mind and soul are essential for our well-being. If one of the three is not well, we are not at our best and our performance suffers. The same applies to professional athletes. But how does one keep the balance under the pressure to perform? Sometimes it’s hard, sometimes it’s easy. More and more athletes are taking time out to recharge their batteries emotionally. It’s OK to not be OK.

On International Museum Day on 21 May, you can enjoy a fun training circuit through the FIFA Museum, which will hopefully help you to find your inner self.

On the subject of sustainability and well-being, we’d like to focus on social sustainability and raise awareness of its importance in today’s society. You might even identify with one or two stories from the world of professional sport.

Programme
10:00-16:00 Training circuit (start at main entrance)

Go in search of the various stations of the training circuit in the exhibition and discover a new side to football. To help you become centred and zen, each station has various exercises for you to do.
