Kruger Brothers & Kaleidoscope String Quartet

The Kruger Brothers, who grew up in Switzerland and now live in North Carolina, comprising guitarist Uwe Kruger and banjo virtuoso Jens Kruger, joined by Joel Landsberg on bass and Jonah Horton on mandolin, are now among the world’s most outstanding acoustic music ensembles.

Thanks to their unique style, which is influenced by both the acoustic music of the Appalachians and the classical European musical tradition, the Kruger Brothers now perform regularly in America’s finest concert halls, thrilling audiences.

The four musicians of the Kaleidoscope String Quartet look far beyond the boundaries of conventional music. As a quartet, they have learnt to groove and swing.
