Winterthur Culture Night

For the tenth time, Winterthur Culture Night, taking place on 18 and 19 September 2026, invites visitors to discover the diversity of Winterthur’s cultural landscape. To mark this anniversary, the event will, for the first time, expand from a single night into a two-day cultural festival featuring 29 organisations. Public spaces will also take centre stage for the first time: hubs on Kirchplatz and Lagerplatz will host concerts, comedy, readings and workshops. On the Leonie Moser Bridge, the Zurich Ballet and the Young Zurich Ballet will perform dance in the open air. In the cultural institutions, exhibitions and collections will be combined with music, film, literature and performance. Families can also look forward to their own programme featuring workshops, guided tours and hands-on activities.
