The Tiger Lillies
The infamous Tiger Lillies are back! And for all those who have always missed them until now, here's an attempt to describe them: weird, comedic-tragic style, costumes and masks, falsetto singing, an instrumentation of accordion, drums, singing saw and piano, a mixture of vaudeville, cabaret, punk and gypsy music. The lyrics are not for value conservatives: in macabre exaggeration they deal with topics like drug addiction, blasphemy, prostitution, abortion, perverted sexual fantasies – wherever there is something disreputable, they provocatively add to it. You have to have experienced it.
