Rethink, Rebuild, Redistribute – Book launch
At last, a handbook on the socio-ecological transition in construction!
High-quality housing densification means tackling major social and environmental challenges. How can this be achieved? The solution lies in smart densification projects, construction sites that remain inhabited, socially responsible phased development, the involvement of tenants, the careful allocation of space and fairly calculated rents. For the past three years, we have been sharing our experiences on this topic within a working group. We are now publishing our findings in a handbook with Edition Hochparterre. To accompany the practical section, we also provide case studies and contributions to the debate.
We invite you to the book launch, featuring discussions and refreshments.
