A musical and literary collage featuring Michael Wolf and the Belenus Quartet
The collage combines Antonín Dvořák’s famous ‘American String Quartet’ with three ‘Alleged Dances’ by John Adams, ‘Wild Summer’ by Joan Tower and excerpts from Henry David Thoreau’s essay ‘Wild Apples’.
The Zurich-based Belenus Quartet and Michael Wolf (narrator) take the audience on a journey to the New World and recount the beauty of the untamed.
