UFE is the latest production from Circus Chnopf
Air is everything or nothing. It is our source of life – invisible, often unnoticed, and yet essential. A single breath is enough to bring us into the world. But what happens when the air is gone? When we have to find ways to create it in order to survive?
Circus Chnopf explores these questions through imagery, music, encounters, acrobatics and dance. In search of freedom and community, we swing our way through the poetic space between ground and air.
For UFE, we have explored the environment, crises and the longing for lightness, and we take you on a journey through resistance and poetic moments. The spectacle invites you to rediscover air as a living space and a metaphor, and to experience how, just like on a swing, a shared breath can emerge from individual bodies.
