This question was at the beginning of Larissa Mettler's installation, which will be freely accessible at Theater Spektakel. Our names probably reveal more about us than we would like. But what information exactly? And which ones lead us astray? From 17 August you can ring through the installation for free.

Can you dance SloMo?

With "Slow Show", Dimitri Chamblas choreographs deceleration par excellence. He asked dancers in Burkina Faso, Los Angeles, Arles and elsewhere to dance as slowly as possible and created a video installation from it, which can currently be seen in the Luma Westbau. At the beginning of September it will be Zurich's turn. 50 dancers from the surrounding area will celebrate the Slow Show live on the Saffa Island. Must see!

How far do the Alps reach?

Amanda Piña's performative nature walk around the Spekigelände is practically sold out. In addition, the artist also offers "Mountain Talks". She invites experts to talk about hydrology, biology, geology or climate development on the topic of the "Ecosystem of the Alpine Region". You can attend free of charge.

Radio Ga Ga, Radio Goo Goo?

What does radio do? What is becoming of it? Repeatedly pronounced dead, it stubbornly persists. Even in times of the podcast hype. Or is that the new radio? Either way, radio presenter:in is still one of the dream jobs for young people. Good thing the radio school "Klipp Klang" at Speki gives them the opportunity to let off steam.

This year it could get loud at the Theatre Spectacle's regulars' table. The topics: Frontex, inflation, racism and police violence, to name a few.
