In the middle of Zurich's old town, the Strauhof has been presenting literary exhibitions since 1989. Under new management, the Strauhof reopened in 2015 with the exhibition "Mars - Literature in Space". Since then, three large exhibitions and three "Wild Cards" have been held annually. Exhibitions on authors alternate with thematic exhibitions. The Strauhof makes literature tangible. The pleasurable and the enigmatic meet, current references are made to classical works, invention and truth come together.
The historic Strauhof property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Please contact us at info@strauhof.ch to find out which parts of the current exhibition are wheelchair accessible. Assistance persons accompanying someone with a disability receive free admission.
