Plants are grown in the city nursery's production facility: from cut flowers and vegetable seedlings to potted plants. The park with its sand garden and large trees invites you to relax and take a stroll. An exotic world of plants can be discovered ...
A break from gardening in December
Tea, coffee, a cosy get-together and some inspiration on decorative natural treasures made from dried plants.
The garden and nature are taking a breather. Time for a cosy get-together!
Once a month at the Gärtnerhaus, there’s tea, coffee, firewood and time to chat about gardens and the world. Alongside a talk on our green surroundings, there’s also something to discover or try out.
In December, the focus is on dried plants. What value do they have in the garden as a habitat for animals? What do we leave in place, and what do we remove?
Which plants are suitable for winter decorations in and around the house? We have plenty of materials on site. Anyone who’d like to can have a go and get creative.
For curious and sociable people from all over the world. No prior knowledge required. Come and go as you please. The session starts at 2.15 pm each time.
Venue: Gärtnerhaus, Gutstrasse 195 (please just come in)
