Intricate drawings and paintings offer fascinating insights into the world of plants. The botanical illustrations combine scientific precision with artistic creativity and depict plants in a way that photographs often cannot: the finest details and various stages of development are revealed.
The exhibition showcases works in pencil, coloured pencil, watercolour and gouache, and also provides an insight into the creative process through sketchbooks.
