INKUBATOR 2026
Platform for short pieces
16-18 January 2026, Fabriktheater Rote Fabrik Zurich
Seven new short plays, seven different styles, perspectives and languages of the stage. The INKUBATOR 2026 brings together artists from theatre, dance and performance who tell, explore and transform in their own way. The result is an evening that impresses with its diversity, liveliness and artistic openness.
The invited works were developed especially for INKUBATOR. They are short forms that unfold their own world: quiet or loud, concrete or abstract, playful, political, poetic or humorous. Together, they form a polyphonic panorama of contemporary stage art.
An evening that shows how differently the present can be told on stage and how much magic lies in these encounters.
