Pâqu'son 2024 Easter Music Festival
Le premier qui voit la mer...
Stéphanie Joseph: violin
Jean-Samuel Racine: clarinet
Anne Gillot: Bass clarinet
Ignacio Lama: guitar
Jocelyne Rudasigwa: Double bass
The Easter festival journey holds many surprises: from the shores of Lac Léman to the coasts of Argentina - it draws influences from the pool of contemporary classical music, as with the French quintet Boulouris 5.
The Boulouris have already been guests on the Wädenswil stage several times, have honoured Piazzolla, Saluzzi and Gismonti here, traced the distant sound of the sea and explored stylistic genres. Now the five musicians are returning with a best-of from the last 20 years, calling it "Le premier qui voit la mer" - the first to see the sea - and thus presenting a chamber music journey through the diversity of their treasure trove: modern classical music, jazz, tango nuevo, minimal music, folk.
